All product descriptions, prices, and availability are subject to change at any time without notice. We reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue any product at our sole discretion.
3. Orders & Payments
By placing an order, you agree that:
- All information provided is accurate and complete
- You are authorized to use the provided payment method
- You understand your payment will be processed securely via a third-party processor (e.g., Stripe, PayPal)
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including suspected fraud or unauthorized activity.
4. Subscriptions (Product-Based)
OG Bars offers the option to subscribe to individual products on a recurring basis. By selecting a subscription at checkout, you agree to the following terms:
- Recurring Billing: Your selected payment method will be automatically charged at the interval you choose (e.g., monthly) for the product(s) in your subscription.
- Subscription Discounts: Subscribed products may include discounts based on quantity tiers (e.g., 5% off for 1 box, up to 15% off for 10+ boxes).
- Managing Subscriptions: You can modify, pause, or cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard. Changes must be made at least 48 hours before your next billing date to avoid being charged.
- Non-Refundable Charges: Subscription payments are non-refundable once processed, unless a product is received in a defective condition (see Section 5).
- Shipping Schedule: Products will be shipped on a recurring basis based on your selected interval. Shipping times may vary based on destination and availability.

5. Refunds & Returns
We do not accept returns or issue refunds unless the item is defective or damaged due to a manufacturing error.
If you receive a defective product, contact us within 7 days of delivery at orders@organicgorilla.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue. If approved, we will issue a refund or send a replacement at no cost.
