Refunds & Returns Policy
At OG Bars, we take great pride in the quality and care that goes into every bar we produce. Due to the nature of our products and for health and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or offer refunds on any purchases unless the product is found to have a manufacturing defect.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a product that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at orders@organicgorilla.com with the following:
- A brief description of the issue
- Clear photos showing the product and the defect
- Your order number
Once your claim is reviewed and approved, we’ll issue a full refund or send a replacement at no cost to you. In most cases, we do not require defective items to be returned.
Shipping Costs
If a return or refund is approved due to a verified defect or shipping damage, OG Bars will cover all associated shipping costs, including the original delivery fee and the cost of sending a replacement, if applicable.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to food safety regulations, we cannot accept returns of any opened or consumed products. We also do not offer refunds or exchanges based on personal taste preferences, ingredient concerns, or accidental orders.
How to Report an Issue
To report a defective or damaged item, email orders@organicgorilla.com within 7 days of delivery. Please include your order number, photos of the issue, and a short description. Our team will review your claim and respond within 48 business hours.
